Your cat or dog food subscription will be shipped via our standard next day DHL delivery service. This is totally free if the order is over £40 and to a local UK address, or £4.99 if it's below this. To harder to reach UK areas it's free over £100, or £20 below this.
Starting your subscription is easy as A,B,C. Simply visit our "Start a Subscription" page, then choose your products and the frequency you'd like to have them delivered. Job done!

We offer a flexible service, so you can choose to have your subscription every week, every two weeks, every three weeks... up to every twelve weeks. You can also easily skip products from your next renewal if you need to.
Yes! If you visit your subscription portal in your account, you'll see a box labelled "Have a discount code". Simply insert your coupon and if it's appropriate, it will be applied on your next renewals. This is on top of the 10% you get on every order!
